Middle School Youth Group
Middle School youth through 8th grade meets every Sunday from 8:45 am to 9:45 am.
This year, we will be building off of the great successes we had the past few years with this new program. We will continue to develop the student’s understanding of the Faith: the mystery of God, Christ and the Church, and how to live life in the Holy Spirit.
On Sunday evenings, we will gather as a large group in the hall, and have some food, social time, and activities. We will then settle in to the lesson for the evening, and then break in to small groups to grow in a more deep understanding of the Faith, and the impact that it has upon the student’s life.
Integral to the year will be a sense of being called by God for a purpose, to fulfill a specific mission, and to encounter Christ in many different ways. Several retreats and social outings will be planned, and our hope is to develop a strong sense of Christian community among the students.
